SRAM
SRAM is a type of memory which is faster and requires less power then dynamic memory. It has low bit density , high power consumption and is more expensive.
USES OF SRAM
- Static RAM provides faster access to data .
- SRAM is used for a computer's cache memory and as random access memory
- SRAM does not have to periodically refreshed.
- SRAM is random access memory that retains data bits in its memory as long as power is being supplied.

INTERESTING FACT
- Both DRAM and SRAM store information in binary by using very small electronic components.
- One difference is that SRAM are also used for specific application within the PC.
- SRAM does not need to be refreshed.
- SRAM is more expensive the DRAM.
